Crisp, dry and clean with spicy Saaz hops delivering that classic Czech bite - Noble Antler is a traditional Czech Style Pilsner with lingering bitterness and proper pilsner character. Refreshingly old-school.
Some styles never go out of fashion. The Czech Style Pilsner is one of them - and Noble Antler is a genuinely worthy tribute.
Built on a crisp, dry pale malt base, it's the Saaz hops that define this brew: spicy, clean and pronounced, delivering that classic Czech bite with a lingering bitterness that refreshes rather than overwhelms. Light-bodied, beautifully dry, and golden in the glass.
The M54 Californian Lager yeast ferments cleanly within a tight temperature range, giving you the refined lager character that makes this style so enduring. Whether you're brewing a classic for the first time or you've always had a soft spot for proper pilsner, Noble Antler is well worth raising a stein to.
Please note: you’ll also need to add Dextrose/Brew Enhancer 1 kg or MJ’s Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.2 kg to complete your brew.
